EMS018, coded RIDIX10, offers four original cuts from Sebastian Voigt, slicing menacingly between full body techno experiences and circuit-board precision Electro. Voigt goes even further into futuristic and psychedelic sound design from his previous “Sequential EP” release, showing off his technical prowess that has honed in on a unique modular sound of his own.

Sticking to alphanumeric code names for each track, Voigt steers clear from preset sounds to forge something both informed by the 90s but rooted firmly in his current modular and software processing methodologies.These tracks speak at length to the kind of Techno he has been known to play in the early mornings at big warehouse raves in São Paolo in recent years.

The first single, Ridix10, is an addictively energetic track - one that has been tried and tested this past winter across multiple dance floors in Europe as well as North and South America. It is a stormer of a record that functions easily as a transitioner from low to high dynamic environments. Omega15 switches it up into more atmospheric and orchestral synth work that pulsates and excites the senses the way good Techno records should. Egone5 would be the aforementioned track’s truest record sibling, a nexus of tweaked drum works and spaced out synths designed to make people move. Com DR12 rounds out the record, completing an emotional rollercoaster with a squelchy lead and fine tuned Electro drum pattern that moves across a visceral spectrum, guiding us past the singularity into the beyond.
